20+ years. Large-scale commercial portfolio management. CFO experience. Construction lending. Ground-up development. I've operated at the highest levels of real estate — and I built Swift TC to put that expertise directly behind your deals.
I didn't get into transaction coordination to learn real estate. I got into it because I'd already spent two decades mastering it — at every level, from the closing table to the C-suite.
My career has taken me places most transaction coordinators have never been. I've managed large-scale commercial real estate portfolios — overseeing assets, tracking performance, and keeping complex multi-property operations running at the highest level. I've sat across the table on large structured commercial deals that required more than a checklist. They required strategy, financial fluency, and the ability to hold multiple moving pieces together without dropping a single one.
Before founding Swift TC, I served as CFO for a real estate development company — managing the full financial and operational engine behind ground-up construction projects. That included overseeing the funding and draw management of construction loans, coordinating with lenders, contractors, and ownership groups on build-to-suit developments, and leading the construction of ground-up self-storage facilities from entitlement through certificate of occupancy. When you understand how a project gets financed, built, and stabilized, you understand transactions at a fundamentally different level than someone who only manages the paperwork.
I've also spent years in residential and creative finance transactions — more than 1,000 files closed spanning cash purchases, Subject-To acquisitions, seller financing, wraps, and multi-lien structures. That range is rare. Most people know commercial or creative finance. I know both — and that depth is exactly what I bring to every file at Swift TC.
When you hand me your deal, you're not getting a coordinator who's guessing. You're getting someone who has managed large commercial portfolios, structured complex closings, funded construction loans, and built companies from the inside out. I know what your lender is thinking, what your title company needs, and what it takes to protect your deal when things get complicated.
CFO experience means I speak the language of lenders, developers, and institutional partners — not just coordinators.
Managing major commercial portfolios requires precision and accountability at every level. I bring both to every file I touch.
Ground-up build-to-suits, storage facilities, construction loan funding — I've run the full development cycle, not just the close.
SubTo, seller finance, wraps, Morby Method — these aren't new to me. I've coordinated hundreds of creative structure closings.
I built Swift TC because investors deserve a TC whose experience matches the complexity of their deals — not someone who learned the checklists but has never had to make a hard call when a closing is on the line. That's the difference I bring. I'd love to bring it to your next transaction.
(Yes — TC Ranch. The irony is absolutely not lost on me.)
When I'm not coordinating deals, I'm living the country life I always dreamed of on Curl Ranch — with my husband and more animals than most people thought was advisable. Five horses, five dogs, a herd of cows, and chickens too numerous to count officially. Every single one of them has a name. Most of them know it.
I'm a grandmother to seven grandchildren who remind me every weekend what matters most, and when the family settles down and the ranch gets quiet, my husband and I saddle up — not the horses, but our Harley and two Indians — and hit the open road. There's something about a long stretch of highway that clears your head the same way a clean close clears a file.
The ranch, the family, the road — that's the life that keeps me grounded. And honestly? It's exactly why I run my business the way I do. With care, with intention, and with a genuine appreciation for what it means to work hard for something you love.
